GTA V Cards

Might as well CnC this, so you have some form of criticism (given only Doc Stein made any notes about your cards; and without much explanation).

Though, this is Pop Culture so the usual standards that I'm held to in RC can be relaxed a bit during grading.

Franklin Clinton: Pretty much Scrubbed Raid on a 2800 ATK body, except it requires a Life Point cost in lieu of sending cards (and it's mandatory). In essence, unless your opponent gets rid of him via effects and you have ample Life Points, your opponent essentially cannot attack. I would increase the LP cost, since 500 is not that much considering what this card does.

Michael Townley: Considering that it revives after being destroyed, it's not bad considering the game is revolving around destruction nowadays (mainly targeting). The "never say die" attitude is referenced very well in him.

Trevor Phillips: Essentially Demise/Judgment Dragon (except it can be Tribute Summoned/SS without any restrictions). In short, it has Demise's effect but shares JD's attack.

Big Score: Yeah, this is pretty much a game-winner card. Have the above 3 cards out; instant win. Add a restriction to the card's effect [i.e. you can't have other cards on the field besides them and some other stuff].

Won't say anything about Quasar, since that's irrelevant to the topic.

Besides, now that there are things like Pendulum Summoning (Even though I do not think there are Pendulum Monsters that can Summon Level 8 monsters, but that might well change.) and *Shudders* Soul Charge. That'll be ridiculously easy to pull off.

For the moment, there aren't any Pendulums with a Scale of 9+, yet; but when they do, these cards will be problematic, yes (because you can spam the three of these instantly and either activate that win card of theirs; go into whatever Rank 8 you want and so forth).

They might introduce some in the next pack, but we shall see. We already established Soul Charge is degenerate within TCG, so let's not bring it up.

Back on topic, that win card needs to be severely nerfed. Add some form of substantial cost/limitation to use, to counterbalance for this card winning you the Duel. The individual monsters are alright with the exception of last one, since he isn't (Semi)-Nomi like JD/Demise are but pulls off their effects.
