Flame Dragon
Also, does anyone else find it odd that he is #42 in the set? Sets are normally done by color, than alphabetically. As a gold card he should be near the end of the set, and even still "D" shouldn't be 42 cards in if its just pure alphabetical.

Though that would be awkward for a draft-based set...

.Rai
It's hardly that reprints are coming at the end, it's probably that the conspiracy cards are coming at the end.

Flame Dragon
It's hardly that reprints are coming at the end, it's probably that the conspiracy cards are coming at the end. This seems like a good reason, but at #42, unless the set is full of artifacts and a ton of conspiracy that seems odd.....Though Cogwork Librarian being number 58(?) gives this backing. But this is Conspirancy, this set came to scramble everyone universe upside-downThis is what I was thinking at first, but if they wouldn't do that in the Unsets, I don't see that happening here. (GigaDrillBreaker)
The set ID may be false so as to throw us off. This IS conspiracy, after all
NeoRWBY65
RULINGS QUESTION If I target an opponent's card and take it after getting Dack's emblem, can I get heroic? I don't think so, but I thought I would ask
