Lore: This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by the effect of  " Gladiator Beast Bestiari" or " Gladiator Beast Hoplomus". When this card is special summoned this way, special summon 2 level 4 or lower " Gladiator Beast" monsters. Their effects are negated and are banished at the end of the turn.

Lore:

" Gladiator Beast Leonidas" + 2 " Gladiator Beast" monsters

When this card is synchro summoned, return the cards used to summon this card to the deck and shuffle it. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. Once per turn, send the top 5 cards of your deck to the Graveyard or destroy this card.

First review!
Flavor-wise...no. The Gladiator Beasts are named after either specific archetypes of gladiators (Murmillo, Bestiari, Hoplomus), prominent Roman emperors (Octavius, Augustal, Gyzarus), or just famous fighters or rulers the Roman would have known about (Alexander, Darius, Heraklinos). Leonidas may have been among those ranks, but Bahamut would not be.
Your OCG (Original Card Grammar) is atrocious. You do not spell things correctly, and you do not use PSCT (Problem-Solving Card Text). The latter is a huge issue, considering we are 3 years into PSCT, and I'm surprised you don't know how it works.
Next, the Tuner, whose image is missing, and I assume is LV2. He is essentially Rescue Rabbit for Gladiator Beasts. This is not good design. At all.
And Bahamut, despite recycling the Synchro Materials used for it, is actually underwhelming. It can't be destroyed by battle, and it mills (terrible idea in a Gladiator Beast Deck) to prevent itself from being destroyed. There are SO many better Synchros to use.
Overall, lackluster cards. The Gladiator Beasts have a pair of much better bosses. They are named Heraklinos and Gyzarus.
My suggestion would be to give the Tuner a better supporting role with more flexibility, such as Special Summoning himself from the hand when you Special Summon a Gladiator Beast by the effect of a Gladiator Beast and, at the end of a Battle Phase of a turn in which he is destroyed, you can shuffle him in from the Graveyard to Special Summon a Gladiator Beast from the Deck.
The Synchro, on the other hand, could be improved upon. He can still shuffle the Synchro Material Monsters into the Deck, but maybe, at the End of a Battle Phase in which he destroys something by battle, he could Special Summon a Gladiator Beast from the Deck, and, if the Synchro Materials were all Gladiator Beasts, when he attacks, he gains a Citrine-like effect that prevents cards from being activated.
