I think I am gonna have to resign before things actually get underway. I really wanted to be a part of this RP, but I think it is best if I resign. Things are bound to get busy for me over the next few weeks and I don't want to try to juggle this with everything that is going on in my life. In addition, I am in the midst of a few projects that I desperately want to premiere some time soon. Good luck everyone! Hope this gets off the ground and makes it to the end.

Name: Faye Memory
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Race: Reincarnation of Thoth
Pantheon: Egyptian.
Appearance: Tall, but not giant(about 5'11" with auburn hair that falls to her shoulders. Green eyes and pale skin, with a dusting of freckles across her nose and a tattoo of an ibis across her back.. She's pretty, slender, and graceful. She carries a satchel with the tools of her craft. The satchel contains a stylus, charcoal, an ankh, a magical scroll of papyrus that is never filled, along with various materials used in her magic, such as herbs or candles or stones.

She usually wears an Egyptian style dress, although shortened and worn with leggings underneath to aid in ease of motion and flow of magic. The dress is white and comes to mid-thigh. She wears knee high combat boots as opposed to sandals.

Personality: Faye is a serious girl who has worked hard to achieve her level of power. She has a lot of it, but is still learning how to use it properly. She is quick to anger and slow to forgive, and is a skeptic of people. She struggles with talking to new people but once she gets to know someone, she is fiercely protective and loyal to the core. She's smart, as she should be as the reincarnation of Thoth

History: Faye was born in Memphis, Tennesee, and grew up being bounced from orphanage to foster home to foster home. She never really had family r friends, and was teased a lot while growing up because of how smart she was and how little friends she had. She grew up unaware of what she was until she was 15 and spoke a Word of Thoth, one of the most ancient words ever recorded, and possessing great power. Thoth had awakened in her mind, and began to teach her how to use her power, but even after 5 years, she doesn't have complete control over it.

Motive: Faye just wants to live a peaceful life without a god in her head, although she knows that isn't possible. So she resigns herself to learning her magic and honing her combat skills.

Powers/Abilities: The Words of Thoth. These are words of great power. The ancient hieroglyphs are activated when she speaks words of power while channeling the power of Thoth. The drawback to this is that the Words take a lot of energy, and using too many of them could literally cause her to burn up from the inside. She can use basic healing magic, and carries several magical amulets she has crafted, along with a handful of shabti, clay figurines that can turn into beasts or helping hands for her. Her amulets have several powers, some for healing, others giving her access to elemental attacks, such as lightning or fire. Others expand into shields, others protect her from magical attacks. Also, she can reach into, and store objects into the Duat, the realm of the dead that runs parallel to the universe we know.

Weaponry: She carries an obsidian Khopesh, sharper than steel. The stylus, magical scroll, charcoal and ankh were given to her by Thoth's wife, Seshat, goddess of writing. On her back she carries a bow and arrow, along with a quiver given to her by Hermes, cousin of Thoth, that would not run out of arrows as long as she had the will to keep fighting..

Other: Faye is terrified of spiders, and not too keen on heights, but has a great sense of tactics. She learns of Cronus through Thoth, and she begins to look for her, following Thoth's guidance.

I believe it depends on the situation, like for anything it's round robin, aside from Conversations and Battling, where we take turns

BTW, The "Girl" I'm referring to is Faye, if you don't know how to work with the acronym tag

I knew, that, and that's why I was asking. I was gonna go ahead and post, but then I was like wait... do we have a posting system?
