If your opponent would activate a card effect that targets a monster(s) you control: You can send this card and the top 2 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard to target that card; negate that target's activation, and if you do, destroy it.

Lore:

Discard 1 Level 5 or higher monster; activate 1 of these effects, depending on the Attribute of the discarded monster. You can only activate 1 "Clash of the Beginning and the End" per turn.
● LIGHT: Add 1 of your banished card to your hand, and if you do, send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard. Then, if there is a LIGHT monster among those cards, draw 1 card.
● DARK: Banish 1 card from either Graveyard, and if you do, send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to the Graveyard. Then, if it was a monster, send 1 card from your hand and 1 monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

eh I'm confusing with Card A's effect, where would you send it to the Graveyard to negate the effect? only from the field?

if I'm understanding correctly, then I have to said that Card A is weak, it would be better if it's a hand trap. Having to be on the field make your opponent be aware of using anything that will target your monster, your opponent can just run over it (but maybe some interesting mind game if you drop this on the field). Card B's art is really cool, and the effects are quite strong, can be teched into many decks such as LS for LIGHT effect or any Deck that run DAD for DARK effect. OPT restriction seems fine for it, but overall it's clearly better than Card A, so I vote Card B

...Man, yet another one missed an important thing in their card.

Card A didn't specify from where it sends itself to the grave. If it's a handtrap, it'll be ridiculous. If it must be face-up, then it's crappy. Can't really judge it since missing the location is a huuuge thing.

Card B is interesting. It might be too much effects slapped into one card, but overall, it's balanced and usable.

Vote for B.

Actually, based on the wording of card A, it sounds like it sends itself from the deck. Which is absolutely absurd. Even If we're talking hand here, that's not as broken, but still rather questionable, and face-up is not very useful at all.

Card B has flavor, usefulness and all that jazz going for it, so I'm going for that.
