VictorSempra
Seems decent enough to me, except for Megan Fox.
Kazooie
>Micheal Bay WELP I think this movie HAS potential, but like so many movies before it, that potential will be utterly wasted. I was never a TMNT fan, so it doesn't affect me too much.
Just Crouton
It doesn't look that bad. I'm willing to keep an open mind. Though, it reminds me of one of those video game fan movies with the "darker, edgier" crap...
Nathanael D. Striker
Is it just me, or do the Turtles look bad?
FTW (For The Wynn)
I'm not a huge fan of Michael Bay to begin with, but I am willing to give this a chance. However, so far, I'm not impressed. There are parts with potential, but the turtles look kind of odd (the face structure and the fact that the back shell is raised almost above head level). Oh, and could he actually add any more odd explosions? However, one thing that kind of surprised me is the parts that Bay apparently decided to keep at least parts of the mythos intact, like the fact that they are actually mutants (instead of aliens or whatever he originally wanted). Also, I don't care much for Megan Fox in general, but I will give her a chance to shine in this movie.
goddamnit names are a pain
>Michael Bay I'm done with this inevitable piece of horsecrap. Ehh the trailer wasn't too bad but I mean Michael Bay takes childhood memories and stomps on them. *Points at Transformers which got not one, not two, but THREE movies*

Ehh the trailer wasn't too bad but I mean Michael Bay takes childhood memories and stomps on them. *Points at Transformers which got not one, not two, but THREE movies*

He is what he is, and he caters to a part of the public that enjoys that, much in the same way that Miley Cyrus or Justin Bieber cater to their own audiences. I too expect this to be horsecrap, but as a fan of TMNT for over 20 years, I will give it a chance.

Except I'm 16 so.... And I was wrong. =P Now I don't nearly have a much of a connection with TMNT but still enjoy it so I'm winging it.
Shradow
I'll be honest, I laughed at that last bit. Gotta love Mikey. The turtles look weird, but kinda cool, imo. I could see this being good, I didn't dislike the trailer, except where it sounds like the TMNT weren't an accident. I'll probably go see this, and I'm can't say I'm not excited, even a bit. Not a perfect example, but I was excited for Equestria Girls when everyone thought it was crap, and it actually turned out quite good. Gotta keep an open mind. Astro Dude
How bad could it be? (Sees Trailer) On the one hand, Michael bay directed it so you would expect mass destruction. I guess he let This guy be in charge of explosives after all. But as a Turtles fan since back in the day (80's cartoon) I'm disappointed with visuals, but we haven't seen Miss Fox since Revenge of the Fallen so there's that. When I see the movie I will tell everyone about it and when I do, I expect there to be tons of replies since NO ONE EVER REPLIES TO MY REPLIES OR FORUMS. Probably because he was taken off the original director job and into producer; it was said on a website on that's the reason they took him off of directing. The sudio probably wanted to do mutants instead of aliens since he already did an alien movie.

EPTinYugi
Or because the turtles have never/will never be aliens, and they wanted to keep true to the original. Yeah, that one! I forgot to put it in my original post. Either way, I'll watch the movie; I have no reason except a strong urge to. Though kept true to the original, in this and some other aspects. Toffee.
I wanted to make this threadLOOK. Sleepy
I can't stand the girl's face, to be honest. She has the same expression in almost all of her screentime throughout that trailer, and it's not exactly depicting of a reporter willing to face dangers to get the news as much as just some... really dumb-looking bystander that happens to have a phone to take photos. She doesn't seem able to close her mouth and put a serious face. Or maybe her acting will surprise us and the people in charge of selecting the scenes for the trailer just did a poor job.

The turtles look kind of ugly, but I can get past that.
Nathanael D. Striker
>Megan Fox >Ugly Turtles And that is two strikes against the movie. Let's hope this can be redeemed. D.A._Sakuyamon
It's not exactly easy to make a mutant humanoid turtle look good...........unless you want twilight turtles............noo... Shradow
I thought the Turtles in the 2007 cgi movie looked good, if a bit plain. Unless we're only talking live action movies.
