Since people might not have read it before, despite how old it is, I'll spoiler my response.
I feel that Strength is an important stand to face early on, and a fight that shouldn't be skipped. Not only does it show that animals can be stand users too, and that Iggy wasn't a complete fluke in that respect, but it also is the largest Stand, with a unique premise (albeit slightly copied by Wheel of Fortune).

Moon I could see them skipping, and ignoring the little girl considering she actually had no relevance to the plot besides that. Though Moon does get to show off just how badass, crafty, and cool under pressure Jotaro can be from the get-go.

I couldn't see them skipping Yellow Temperance due to the large amount of people who enjoyed it from the manga. It's a really funny fight, and it shows how the team reacts when they think one of them might be betraying them.

Oingo and Boingo make for a very interesting little story, and Boingo re-appears later in the story with Hol Horse, but I think it's also interesting to see that a stand can be used outside of just combat for once. Like that chef from Part 4.

If they skipped Sun it would be because the battle is over very quickly.

You can't have Strength without Moon though, since iirc the only reason they ride Strength is because of the Moon battle.
As for other minor stands, Devil might be skipped (though since its against Polnareff instead of Jotaro, maybe not), Lovers is quite iconic, the Empress is the only Joseph battle before Egypt, and yeah, can't see them skipping the other Egyptian stands.
Right, so after watching what CR had to offer, Jonathan was the FIRST Jojo? And the manga goes on for 8?

Anyway, from what I saw, this is definitely gonna be the highlight of the season for me.

And I agree that Dio is one of the best villains I've ever seen... and to make it better, he looks like Broly (my second favorite villain.)

Yes, Jonathon is the first "JoJo" of the series, being in part 1, and Part 8 is currently in print. Each Part has its own "JoJo" (except for Part 5 which has a GioGio). Stardust Crusaders looks like it's going to be well adapted based on the first episode. A lot of people are looking forward to Part 4 as well, actually. Like a supernatural slice of life delinquent anime.

SC Episode 2... Does that really happen? Stupid question. Things similar enough happen everywhere. Guess I'm gonna have to agree with Jotaro with how annoying those girls are.

"American coffee" xD
Even before that was said, I suspected it wasn't Japanese which made Joseph once again have the funniest moment.

But enough about that. I think maybe every part may be a little slow at first, which so far is my biggest complaint about this, but like the previous 2, it already got much better, and I'm sure it's hardly even scratched the surface.

Oh, and ah, "Despite how old it is" (doing it this way so as to not get spoiled when I quote)
This is actually why I'm likely never going to take a look at the manga myself. Because of how old it is. Some manga just remind me that it's personally a pain to look at that kind of stuff. I still trust they're adapting this good enough that we'll definitely be seeing further parts animated for the first time.

Yeah, unfortunately that video was taken down, but it is Walk Like an Egyptian. Also, JoJo's parts are always slow to start. I think they especially wanted to frame Part 3 because it's the most iconic Part, and it also introduces the concept of Stands as its main focus, and it's important for the person watching to know what they are. Even if it did keep the current pacing, I would be glad, because it means more time to enjoy JoJo.

Now that they're leaving for Egypt, it should be a bit faster.

Or for a different perspective, they've covered four out of twenty-ish arcanas already. That's pretty fast if you ask me.

The thing is that in addition to the 22 Arcanas, there are also the Egyptian god stands. Although I do expect them to skip Mannish Boy since he was really more of an annoyance bad guy and just showed off how much of a prick Kakyoin can be when angered. Maybe Oingo and Boingo will also be skipped.
