Equip only to a Dragon-Type monster. It cannot be destroyed by battle or by card effects. Neither player takes any battle damage from battles involving it.

Lel, apparantly, An equip spell is fast enough to respond to Bottomless!

No, but in all seriousness, Seems like a pretty legit equip spell, pop it on a Horus and your opponent can't really do anything short of a field nuke.

Clearly the objective with this is to equip it to Beelze.

Not only can Beelze be destroyed by battle or by effects, but you cannot destroy it in battle or by effects!

OT: Well, it turns any of your Dragons into a harmless Beelze that can get beaten by MST (unless you run run Armed Protector Dragon). The whole "turn it into Beelze" thing is nice, but it becomes a lot less impressive when you can't do anything with it except for smash monsters for no damage and protect your Life Points. Nevertheless, it forces your opponent to spend resources to defeat the play, well, more specific ones than just "blow up monster." It's... probably ok, albeit annoying.

It's meant to stay away from battles. You use it on a Dragon that gets to be the angular stone of the deck. Like REDMD or Silver Dragon, which revive something and then go sit in a corner while the ones that can actually do some battle take all the action.

At least that's what I think is the theory behind it.

It's pretty pointless in other uses like countering something, as the image in the OP shows.
