A question of location.

I was wondering, is there a location where I can ask for ideas for a card set I had in mind?

 

For example, I have had an idea for a card archetype for some time now, but I don't have any ideas for a theme for the cards themselves. Which thread would I go to if I simply wanted ideas rather than (or maybe including) criticism, if any?

This sort of issue doesn't really seem like big enough of a problem to warrant an entire thread. I suppose you could ask on the status bar once, maybe a second time a few hours afterwards.
