Reworking already existing Real ones.

I have been looking for this topic for about half hour, then, despite being new, I did choose to ask it:
May Arts and Name of already existing TCG cards be used to make "new" cards ? Like changing everything as the makers wishs, but keeping its real name and art. Would that be acceptable ?

If you're referring to doing "remakes" of existing cards, then you are allowed to. (You must change its effect, however)

This also applies to anime/manga stuff as well if you'd like.
