This card is essentially anti-Star Eater.  Slightly higher DEF than his ATK, and it can special summon similar to Red MD.  

 

Probably gonna lower the ATK a bit, maybe 21-2500 instead of 2800.

First of All: The artwork is amaziing :D

Effect:

the effect is cool: It's a Synchro Watered-down version of "The Creator". You can easily special summon Higher level monsters and Facilitate preforming an Xyz or even a Synchro monster. But It can't be seen as a Counterpart of Star eater [Concerning the Second Effect]
