uses the best engines, clearly the best, pop all their cards, summon all your cards etc.

I used to think this as well, but testing has proved that MST is much better.

 

Deck looks really good.

 

is there anything better to run over the tour guides? after reading the other traptrix stuff they sorta seemed bad and just ran tgu engine since rank 3s are still pretty good

Instant fusion or kagetokage is pretty good then, or star drawing.

 

normal summon which is good on its own, from hands i end up with 1-2 normal summons/theosophy which means those stuff would be dead a good bit

and tgu gives me bls which is a game winner by itself

actually testing this a bit i kinda like tgu stuff, like even tour bus is cool to recycle something lel

im gonna run 3 breakthrough over 3 fiendish because too many artifact decks aaand

im currently testing -1 void trap hole and 1 forbidden lance for +2 pot of duality

Moralltachs are dead draws, at least throw in one Beagalltach so you can pop them off a Theosophy and have another target for Theosophy if you dead draw one of your 1/10 Artifacts.

 

I dont understand this post.

 

How are Moralltachs dead draws? obviously they aren't as good draws as theosophy but drawing them isnt as bad as I can still mst them or my opponent can him them, if anything beagaltach will be an ever worse dead draw...

and I dont need another target for theosophy I already have 3 moralltach

If you draw into Moralltach that makes at least one Theosophy dead, and forces you to use your MST on your own card, which is a minus in actuality because you can't pre-emptively pop backrow on the opponent's turn, and instead you'll have to resort to either Call on Myrmeleo during the opponent's turn or letting backrow go live.

 

With one Movement and one Beagalltach you open up better potential plays due to the option of dropping Beagall on the field to pop your set Moralltach or Theosophy for the free pop, or Movementing into Moralltach if you draw into Beagalltach, etc. Having Beagall as an option in the deck makes Moralltach and Theosophy dead draws much more live.

 

I don't really like the TGU engine going into next format because some of the best rank 3s in this format become pretty terrible going into PRIO. Alucard potentially backfires, Soul of Silvermountain gets popped too often for being too slow, Leviair isn't as useful outside Madolche and Dark World anymore, Fortune Tune gets popped by splashed Artifact removal too fast (though it's still the best 3 going into the next format) and Mechquipped ends up spun or popped way too often by Moralltach, Pleiades and Tiaramisu.

 

This is of course looking at them in a vacuum, and they're obviously still useful, it's just that they lose a lot of power for being so slow or potentially backfiring. Your normal summon post-PRIO is too important to waste on TGU, honestly.

1. You are implying im going to draw 3 Theosophy....

2. MSTing your own Moralltach is a +0 while getting rid of their cards, it isnt a bad play

3. You just stated that msting your own Artifact is a minus and you want me to run more

4. Why the hell would I want to pop my own Theosophy or Movement? Obviously it wont be a -1 play but popping them does nothing and it also forces me to use them.

5. Again I dont see how Morall and Theosophy could possibly be dead draws, never were, rarely will.
