gayestbamf
A pretty great card as you can attack directly and it has 3000 ATK to keep you opponent from attacking it so easy. This card can be search very easily with dragon ravine and add other monster like Lightning, Dragon Ruler of Drafts which in turn can help you bring out it's "older self" out with discarding a white stone of legend then gold sarcophagus can banish tempest dragon ruler of storms which can add this bad boy to you hand plus trade-in helps too also since there a field spell and blue-eyes in your deck you can use malefic blue-eyes. Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon: Level 8 LIGHT Dragon-Type Toon effect monster ATK/DEF 3000//2500 Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Cannot be Special Summoned unless you control a face-up "Toon World". Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing the same number of monsters required for a Tribute Summon (normally 2). This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. You must pay 500 Life Points to declare an attack with this monster. If "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, destroy this card. This card can attack your opponent directly, unless they control a Toon Monster. If they do control one, this card must target a Toon Monster for its attacks. Who here like toons? Sleepy
The newly discovered "Must first be" clause in all Toons from Starter Deck pegasus, is a very sad thing. There was a chance for them to be fun again before I found out that was a thing. As if the drawbacks weren't enough, they turn out to be semi-nomis. Ugh.... Goose
Toons were always the worst designed sub-type. When Konami first made subtypes they did a shit job of it and they haven't tried to fix it. *coughalsounionscough*
the_engineer
It's only useful for the toon table of content + magical library + trade-in combo, nothing else
