Thar
I know this is a totally different section, but I figured I'd separate Anime from non-Anime to put aside the obvious choices in some people's minds. Also, I'll make this as versatile as possible by asking for everyone's favorite comic-related villain and non-comic related villain. That way villains like the Joker or Bane don't spam it up. So yeah, discuss. As for me:
- Not that I'm a hipster regarding Batman villains, but the Riddler's style of keeping Batman on his toes stood out to me the most. I really enjoyed the older Batman movies as a kid, and when I first saw the Riddler putting up his riddle where Batman would later pick up and solve, it always interested me. Looking back, I got all giddy seeing how the Riddler's riddles would bring out the best of Wayne as far as using his brains. What made it follow through with me is how he would lay them out; the big picture would lead him to certain places and eventually to where the Riddler would climax his plan. You know you have a good villain when his plan has multiple steps that all work in his favor... at least until the end.

- Now here is an antagonist who knows what he's doing. This guy is probably the calmest, most organized illegal businessman in the media, and the fact that he could hide who he really was while managing a fast-food company makes it all the more impressive. There were several moments during the show that made this guy appear to me as a badass motherf*cker: When he walked towards the source of rapid sniper fire without being hit, and when he poisoned his boss' entire manor of employees with a bottle of tequila and walked out alive with the same poison in him. It was a shame to see him get killed, but I felt satisfied either way, considering Walter, Jesse, and Mike were the guys I was rooting for the entire way through.

Cin
I don't actually have one since I tend to watch series with not too many reoccurring 'villains'/enemies, I can think of ones I really dislike though Christopher Pelant (Bones), Travis Tanner (Suits) and Daniel Hardman (Suits)
Astro Dude
'nuff said. Montana Max from Tiny Toon Adventures. Now about your signature, I remember Yami Marik, Sartorius, Aporia and Ray Shadows/Vector, but who's the guy in the middle? The new Arc V Villain? EPTinYugi
Montana Max from Tiny Toon Adventures. Now about your signature, I remember Yami Marik, Sartorius, Aporia and Ray Shadows/Vector, but who's the guy in the middle? The new Arc V Villain? That's Paradox, he was in the crossover travel through time yugioh movie. He even had that signature before Arc-V was announced; sorry if I sound too mean. I guess mine would be the Joker (all incarnations except from Young Justice) and The Master from Dr.Who.

VictorSempra
Plain and simple: The Master, from Doctor Who. I've only seen his most recent incarnation, but DAMN was he a creep.
Phantom Roxas
Paul Dini made Mister Freeze my all-time favorite Batman villain. Then Joel Schumacher had to go and cast Arnold Schwarzenegger in the role.Christoph Waltz as Hans Landa was easily the best part of Inglorious Basterds. Phantom Roxas
YES. Slade was a fantastic villain. While we're on the subject of Teen Titans, Red X was great.

Thar
YES. Slade was a fantastic villain. While we're on the subject of Teen Titans, Red X was great. Slade was indeed awesome. A few other favorites of mine are Jinx and Adonis. I really wished Adonis would be more reoccurring than he was.

Wildflame
I'm not sure if they're my favorites, but on the top of my head, I can mention Ozymandias from Watchmen and Kefka from FFVI.
Thar
Kefka from FFVI. Not really a movie/TV show villain... unless there's a movie adaptation of FFVI. Dude, all this guy needs is a knife and he'll be the epitome of masked terror.
Matches
For me, it would be Batman. If I had to pick a specific version, then I'd say it's a tie between the Michael Keaton portrayal and of course, from Batman the Animated Series voiced by Kevin Conroy.
