Cyber Dragon Hieratics

So apparently, someone at my locals is running a Cyber Dragon/Hieratic hybrid deck that has been testing extremely well.

 

From what I've heard, his build is  very consistent.  Unfortunately, I don't have the actual deck list from him, so I can only guess at the cards.  Seems like an interesting idea, though.  This is what I came up with:
