In fact, I want something like this: Must be Special Summoned by the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card that targets a "Utopia" monster, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Right now its Xyz Materials do nothing (although not all Xyz Monster do use them). Not that it isn't strong as it is, but it feels too short to be a full effect. That'd be all the ZWs, a bunch of S/Ts, V-Salamander, etc. I wouldn't mind the Utopia obsession if, again, THE PLOT IS ABOUT COLLECTING THE NUMBERS. You know, the other 99 cards that aren't Utopia. He at least doesn't surpass Neos' various forms in number; honestly my main beef with Utopia and its support is that it takes away from other cards (including other Numbers) Yuma could have used, as evilfusion said. If anything, regular Utopia, Roots and Beyond could have been the only forms, since Roots is "younger" Utopia, and this guy is his final form.
