Panop
Tribute 1 face-up monster; Draw 1 card and reveal it,then apply one of these effects depending on the drawn card. ●Monster Card: Draw 1 more card. ●Spell Card: Destroy 1 face-up card on the field. ●Trap Card: Discard 1 card. I've decided to make this card just how what card will benefit from it and it would give many deck better draw engine.Give me some ideas what how balance this card is and what deck goes well with it. Daigusto Sphreez
It is pretty good. You can tribute something you don't even need on the field afterall, in some decks a treeborn frog/dandylion/level eater etc. In some situations it can equate to a +1 if you hit a card that made your opponent minus, or if your tributed monster is better off in the grave. The Trap Card disadvantage is interesting, makes it so this deck isn't able to run many without running risks, so it could work in a monster mash build (although if the deck wants their hand in the graveyard this isn't even a bad thing, it could possibly even work with Infernity's). I think the fact that it's quick-play is a bit abusable to be fair, and just generally too versatile for that sort of effect. It also prevents those sorts of shenanigans that pesky Dark World DDV/EEV's partake in. "So you want to kill my monster? Go ahead and waste a trap while I chain this card and make you minus." For Icarus attack this is ok, but for a card that gives draw power as well as can pop things, whilst being generic? Not so much. As a normal spell card I think it works just fine however. Toffee.
Out of curiosity, TC, why is this card a Quick-Play?I mean, outside of trying to set up weird combos n' junk.
