Elemental HERO Gold Rush (revisited)

Because today a learned a couple of things on card design, here is a remake of a card I made a couple of months ago. Hopefully I got things right.

"Elemental HERO Captain Gold" + 1 Warrior-Type monster
Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. While a "Skyscraper" card is on the field, your opponent cannot activate Field Spell Cards, also Field Spell Cards on the field cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card attacks an opponent's monster, after damage calculation: Excavate 5 cards from the top of your Deck, add 1 excavated "HERO" monster or Spell/Trap Card with "Elemental HERO" written in its card text to your hand, also shuffle the other cards into the Deck.

 

It basically supports the Skyscraper variant of HEROes by providing them with a Gravekeeper Shaman + slower Duality-like effect.

 

I went with an excavating effect because of the real-life gold rushes, where people would migrate to locations with gold. So it is a weird reference to digging for gold, or in this case, a HERO Card.

So even with the condition of requiring to attack a monster (only works when Rush attacks, not when Rush is attacked) and thus being slower than if it were OPT, the effect is still too good. Would it be fair if it excavated 3 cards or even just 1? Or is the excavating effect beyond repair?
