Even then your post did contain info that was incorrect. Jay Leno was a Rattata, the Drowzee you were talking about was The Keeper. Not only that, democracy was actually implemented in the Rocket Hideout in Celadon.

 

EDIT: They finally managed to capture a shiny, granted it was the guaranteed shiny (which turned out to be Xatu).

Oh ok, i dont remember seeing that. BTW who else remembersthe part in TPP randomised HeartGold when TPP came close to completing the DOME fossil puzzle? o_o
