Requirement

Make a trap involving xyz monsters in any way. The name of the trap must have some connection with its effect
tFhR3aJ.jpg
Negate the effects of all Xyz Monsters during the turn they are Special Summoned, except the effects of Rank 4 Xyz Monsters. Neither player can activate effects of Xyz Monsters during the opponent's turn, except the effects of Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monsters. This card is unaffected by the effects of Rank 4 Xyz Monsters. When this card you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by your opponent's card effect: You can return 1 Rank 4 Xyz Monster from your Graveyard to the Extra Deck; both players reveal their Extra Decks, then the player with more Rank 4 Xyz Monsters in their Extra Deck, draws 2 cards.

bHOT4p3.jpg
Activate only when an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned. Detach all Xyz Materials from that monster, and if you do, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each Xyz Material detached by this card's effect, then you gain Life Points by the same amount. If this set card on the field is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by an Xyz Monster's effect: Draw 1 card.
Card A: This card negates the effects of non-rank 4 Xyz monsters, and can give +2 to a player who has more rank 4's in their decks. Intriguing.

Card B: This card can drain a bit of LP, or give you a +1. It can also wreck an opponent's Xyz monster, too.

Realizing the full effect with Card B, I find the card more interesting now. Card A can seal a good amount of monsters, but it's a bit limited to rank 4 Xyz's. Card B is a counter trap, with only one use, but it's effects can be devastating to the opponent. Though, I have to vote for Card B, because it has more versatility, and it doesn't have any strong drawbacks. Card A is good and all, but only several decks use a rank 4 Xyz in their main strategy.

I choose Card A because the effect is unique, AND I can understand how the name relates to the effect.

No, I think I will rejected this vote, this guy's votes this time and in the past elaborated not enough reasons and I bear with this several times, but for this it's really too short and has nothing nearly "the reason"

Card A:

It is more of an Xyz-hate card that doesn't affect Rank 4s, arguably the most common Rank. The drawing effect is a dangerous gamble, because it relies too much on the player's Extra Decks. Even if you are facing a Deck with less Rank 4s than you, you could still "lose" the draws if you get this mid or late game after you have Summoned several Rank 4s.

Card B:

A pseudo effect negator specifically for Xyzs with the advantage of having the speed of a Counter Trap, and rbeing able to replace itself if it is destroyed. However, it doesn't even destroy the Xyz Monster so in that regard I would say it is outclassed by Black Horn of Heaven, which doesn't burn nor gives you LP, but gets rid of the monster.

My vote goes for Card B for bringing a somewhat creative way of disabling an Xyz. On the other hand, Card A is a hate-card, which are often frowned upon, that can dangerously backfire by giving the opponent free card draws.
