Maeriberii Haan
Masou Seiryuu Iiselweapon Level 6 LIGHT Dragon-Type Monster ATK 2300 DEF 1600 The effect of Masou Seiryuu Iiselweapon can only used once per turn. 1: When this card is Pendulum Summoned, you can target 1 card on the field. Return that card to its owner's hand Uh.
Kingdom Xathers
*head-tilt* Oro...? @_@ ((translation: "We still need to know how exactly Pendulum Summons work, especially if such Summons are easy to perform or not. If they are easy, then this card's effect might just be pushing things a bit."))
玄魔の王
So this pretty much confirms that Pendulum Summons are for ordinary Main Deck Monsters, meaning no more Extra Deck cramping. Effect is a strong showing, but I wouldn't say borked.
Sleepy
Uh. That alone is my thoughts. I'm liking this post. Also, I think I'll enjoy using this to return Call of the Haunted cards used and such. From what I gather, having the right scales in Pendulum, lets you not care about Tributing regardless of the Level. This is gonna be interesting. 玄魔の王
Once per turn, you can Special Summon a monster from your hand whose level falls between the scales of your two Pendulum Monsters. So not hard to do, but eats your hand.
Toffee.
This is.... Rather interesting. Also, using that "(1)" in the text is a neat touch. I mean, typically it's bullet points, but still.
Trebuchet MS
So non-Pendulum Monsters can also be Pendulum Summoned. Makes one wonder if there's a restriction on Pendulum Summons now.

Is it match between blue scales only or red scales only? or is it 1 blue and the other's red? (you know, since each monster has 2 scales). What I gather is that you need both Pendulum Zones with cards with scales on them for this.... Also, is it "X or less" in the matching Levels? That sounds way too easy, and having already 1s and 8s seems like too much freedom right off the bat. Is this gonna be ok?

So, naturally, the scale which matches the zone colour applies. Pendulum Summons take place if your red and blue Pendulum Zone scale numbers are different. From there, you can Pendulum Summon a monster whose Level is anywhere between the red and blue scales. This can only be conducted once per turn. So, if your Pendulum Zones have scale numbers 1 and 8 you can Pendulum Summon a monster whose Level ranges between 2 to 7.
Zauls
OK, so any monster can be Pendulum Summoned. The important thing to know now is whether it is treated as a Special Summon. If it isn't, then it could make cards that can't be Special Summoned a lot better (can't think of examples) because you Pendulum Summon them instead. If it is, then it will make cards that say "when Special Summoned" eg. Sacred Crane a bit better. Also if it isn't a Special Summon then nomis/semi-nomis could be Pendulum Summoned and that could potentially be ridiculous depending on how the mechanic works. I'm starting to lean towards that it is considered Special Summoning.

I'm starting to lean towards that it is considered Special Summoning. After reading how it does it does feel like another type of special Summon via a different method like Synchro/fusion/Xyz Summon. OT: now we got our first regular effect monster with a Pendulum effect Summon. this would kinda make Tribute Summon die out. then again making Pendulum Monarch deck can be possible only that if you don't use "no ED" effect cards in it.
