Side is not done yet because I don't have the cards. What it should be though:
- 1 Mobius
-1 EEV
-1 Overworked
+2 Mistake
+2 Maxx "C"
+1 Dust Tornado

As for the Main Deck, the only real thing for this version of the deck I would change would be to cut Necromancer and maybe Recurring Nightmare. If I do that I would probably main another MST and a Maxx "C", or possibly another Jackfrost. For now though, this works well. Oh and Mist Bird should be an Armory Arm but I don't have one either.

also ever find a need for 2nd caius?

I would only play 1 monarch in this deck, max. You don't really want to draw too many of your big monsters because you can get clogged hands and lose to yourself. I do see how one would want more power plays in this deck, but if that's the case, then you should be sticking with the Monarch variant (which is inferior in my opinion). Interestingly though, I almost never side Caius out since the one copy has been super useful.

Yeah Foolish was nice but outside of turn one plays it didn't do much. It dumps Treeborn, Symph and Piper for Kinka (only relevant if its in hand), and gives targets for Nightmare in a pinch. I didn't really find that I missed it when I took it out. Thanks for the comments!

If cost is no issue you need a 2nd Downerd because going Downerd over Dullahan is the strongest play in the deck more or less. Apart from that deck looks solid apart from potentially cutting the Basses (it's really bad) for a 3rd MST because the deck is already chock-a-block with piper targets.
