evilfusion is going to want to see this. Loving all the Galaxy Eyes support.

Indeed I do. Being Japanese exclusive makes me mad, though.

Being able to turn itself into a Galaxy-Eyes from hand or Graveyard, or a No.107/Neo Galaxy/Prime Photon from the Grave is amazing. Then being able to turn itself into an Xyz Material for a Galaxy-Eyes' Xyz Material can really help out. Once-per-Duel is fine, because C107.

I see this card as the replacement for galaxy zero, it has no attack restrictions and can actually help with dead GEPD in hand, even though its a minus one, Plus it can restore overlay units. TBH, the other support we  are getting just pulls me farther annd farther away from N62 and more to tachyon dragon, because the latest got a solemn judgment like card from hand, and is muh better when revived with cloud dragon than N62, unless you have a RUM, and Still, you are better off Ranking up 107, because C107 gets and extra eff when overlayed with it. I would say go to N62 if your hand is bad, because he keeps all the field presence you need until you get more ressources, and can revive itself, but when you have cards in your hand like transmigration or cloud dragon, or a way to search it,(i would run at 3, its just an infernity barrier, just better) i would go for tachyon, because he allows for better future plays.

How does a card that requires a summon to get back a Galaxy-Eyes outclass or replace a card that revives any Galaxy or Photon?

Like, por que no las dos?

I disagree on Galaxy Zero. Galaxy Zero is a great card for making Xyz plays, and while Cloud Dragon does a similar thing with no attack restrictions, Cloud still needs to be Summoned.

They have very similar merits, and you should definitely run Cloud Dragons, but Zero won't be obsolete. It's still searchable by Wizard (which probably used your Normal Summon), and it combos extremely well.

The Galaxy-Eyes Xyz all have different scenarios where they're good. No.107 has a lot of uses, and while Transmigration/etc will further support using No.107, Prime Photon can and should still be run, but maybe less as your "main" monster. Even when testing with 62, I don't consider it the "end-all" Xyz for Galaxy Decks, and No.107 is just amazing.

I'll be testing the new support to see how well it runs, but previous testing with Chaos Tachyon Hole was extremely disappointing. The benefits of Transmigration and Photon Stream is the ability to play them when you have ANY Galaxy-Eyes out, and not just the Xyz monsters, which is risky at times.

Because galaxy zero turns the monster useless, if it didnt prevent you from activating effs then i would say this card would be good, but at the moment i only run  one, the reason i said cloud dragon would replace it is because, if i want searcheable revival, i want that revival to make the most of my monster, not just semi useful, like galaxy zero does. plus, what is the interest in reviving photon monsters? all they are used is to sommon galaxy eyes, which is a galaxy monster, so, if photons are in grave, that means they were used to sommon a galaxy monster, so no interest in bringing them back whem i can bring GEPD back.

itt: free revivals are bad because you'd obv never use them as summon fodder for Xyzing

This.

Two Zero doesn't make the monster useless if it's GEPD. Which is generally the thing you will be reviving if it's not becoming immediate Xyz fodder. Because once they kill it once, and it becomes 0, you get to banish and reset the dragon's attack.

This is never going to replace Zero, because this uses up your normal summon (Essentially) Which the deck actual cares about (Because of Wizard and Knight), so just in the interest of easier Xyz summons, Zero works better than this logically ever can.
