its good for removing face down monsters such as a spirit reaper or marshmallon or if somone last dich attempt to saty in the game set a treeborn' date=' or anything for that matter

this card basically has no other uses

Well, maybe there are tacktics with killing your own monsters with it. I dunno.

I luv that card though. In my country, Flip is used far more often... because everyone's afraid of Lighting Vortexs XD

because sheild crush destoys any def monster face up or down' date=' noble man can only remove one facedown from play and if its a flip effect look through both your decks for the card

Good job, you have stated the effects of each card. Now, explain why you think Shield Crush is better.

Limiting this is Konami logic. The way I see it, Limited cards should be good for the game at 1 but bad for the game at 3. Mirror Force discourages overextending at 1, but heavily punishes aggro at 3; therefore, it goes to 1. This card provides nothing for the game at 1, so it should go to 0.

sheild crush is better, its more direct. say you dont have a nobleman to hand your opponent sets spirit reaper, you attack. face up. nobleman would be a dead draw, buuut sheild crush aint. sure it means treeborn could still come back, but if you run any hint of macro then it wouldnt be a probleam ^_^

So, it's better in:

* One improbable situation

* A Macro deck

well actually there is twice the chnce of getting a defence position monster(in general) than there is a face down defence position monster, at least i think thats the case personally i just totally prefer sheild crush (and its more an added bonus having it in a macro deck)

Face-up Defense Position is rare. Defense Position monsters are almost always face-down. The versatility that Shield Crush provides isn't worth the lack of removal unless you're running a Macro deck.
