Deadline Card must be PM'd to me by 48 hours after I accepted the challenge Votes' Deadline is 72 hours after cards are up Task: Make a rank 1 monster Card A 2 or more (max. 5) Level 1 monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using 3 Level 2 Machine-Type monsters you control as the Xyz Materials, and if you do, its Rank becomes 2. When this card is Xyz Summoned, if it has 3 or more Xyz Materials: Draw 1 card. This card cannot be destroyed by battle with a monster that has 2500 or more ATK. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 Level 5 or lower LIGHT monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon any number of monsters banished and/or from your Graveyard with same name as the target. Any Level 5 or higher monster Special Summoned this way has its effect negated and cannot declare an attack during this turn. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, if it had 2 or more Xyz Materials at the time it was destroyed: You can declare 1 Monster Card name; gain 800 Life Points x each card you control and in your Graveyard with the declared name. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted February 7, 2014 Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 Card A has an alternate summoning condition (and also makes itself a Rank 2), allows a draw if you used 3+ monsters to Xyz Summon it, protection against 2500+ ATK monsters, revival (in a similar vein to Inferno Reckless) and some LP recovery. I can see a couple of Decks this could fit in. Card B can bounce a card back when it's not Xyz Summoned and can negate attacks twice. I'm going to go with card A due to creativity (despite the possibility of this fueling CyDras b/c Core/Valley can make this thing and whatnot). 宇佐見 蓮子@C94 Posted February 7, 2014 Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 I'm voting for card A because it's slightly less utterly abysmal. Right, Card A has a billion (give or take) effects, and most of them involve monster names, which means it'll be run in Archetypes, or something with Inferno Reckless Summon can make this. A big problem I have with it is because it can quite easily summon extra Xyzs that's been set-up through Inferno Reckless Summon. In fact, in Wights, you can make another copy of this pretty easily. Should have a Highlander Clause or something else to prevent it from abuse. Card B is just totally worthless. It's a Utopia with 0ATK, and a side effect that can only be abused but not used. -Noel- Posted February 7, 2014 Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 honestly, is there anyone think 0 body Utopia is good? it's just a piece of junk that I'll never ss it to trigger its first effect, aside that, even Card A is too abuseable in Cyber Deck, but it's pretty hard to summon in the said Deck, except by dupe the valley that if u Xyz this, u lose that draws 2, so the draws 1 is pretty neat here, also LP gaining effect is very useful in the deck that cards in Graveyard has same name like this, so with Card A's useful and Card B's completely uselessness, I vote Card A Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
