Jurracs [Jan14]

I have been playing with Jurracs recently, and I found that Aeolo is really slow, and it's not worth running Rekindlings just for them. Even with 3 Aeolos and 1 Rekindling in the deck the Spell was often dead.

Try a Westlo engine instead: 2 Evoltile Westlo and 3 Evolsaur Cerato. Even if Westlo as a FLIP is slow, summoning a Cerato without Normal Summon is a big move, and makes the Summon of the Zars much easier. You can also run 1 Evo-Diversity for higher chances of getting a Westlo on first turn and Set it.

Scapegoats and Gold Sarcophagus are unecessary.

Not entirely convinced with the E.Controllers, but I guess they should be useful for changing a monster to DEF and beat it with Firedog/Guaiba.

-3 Aeolo

-3 Rekindling

-3 Scapegoat

-1 Gold Sarc

+2 Westlo

+3 Cerato

+1 Evo-Diversity (optional; if you don't like it, run another staple/backrow)

+4 staples/backrow (Mirror Force, Dimensional Prison, Compulsory, Warning, TT, Foolish, Fiendish/Veiler, etc.)

And without Aeolos nor Scapegoats, you would have to make changes to the Extra:

-1 Formula

-1 Clausolas

+1 S.H.Ark

+1 Generic Synchro 8 or Rank 4 of your choice (Jeweled Archfiend, Scrap Dragon, Gagaga Cowboy, Lavalval Chain, etc.)

EDIT:

Completely forgot that Flamvells were Rekindling targets, and that Firedog can search for Aeolo.

Well, the idea is to use Westlo and Cerato as an engine, in a similar way to the Gravekeeper's Spy engine.

Also, I was dumb: I entirely forgot that the Flamvells are Rekindling targets while Firedog can search Aeolo, so the latter and Rekindling may actually be fine in the deck.
