might be a tad o.p. i might add a clause in that says something like: "You can only attack the monster your opponent controls whose level is 3 levels higher than the monster you control with the highest level." also i don't think lv is proper, it might have to be level or Level.

You'd be going through less trouble using DNA Surgery and Limiter Removal than having to wait on your opponent to summon a monster exactly 3 levels higher than the highest leveled monster on the field. Card is underpowered honestly. I'd say lower the life points cost, then change the OCG to something like this, "You can only activate this card when your opponent special summons a monster 3 Levels or higher than the monster with the highest level on your side of the field..."

Okay, updated the card: Tired lowering how situational it was + making sure it wasn't exploitable.

Also, when looking at this card, try seeing it almost as a ,sort of, reverse,advanced "Proof of powerlessness".

You should correct in "destroy all monsters affected by this card" not "targeted" since this card doesn't target. This one would be nice if only i didn't completely erase the opponent's turn making it your battle phase, which is truly obscene, maybe ridicolous too

i just changed the part where a whole turn is skipped. Now the opponent can finish his turn before you attack. Also, I added a time frame of summoning so that you have more flexibility of when you activate this card.
