What should be made?

Create a monster card with a rarely-used or never-used summoning condition

You can ask in the thread for clarification.

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. If there is 3 or more face-up monsters on the field during your Main Phase 1, you can flip all monsters on the field face-down and banish 5 cards from your graveyard face-down to Special Summon this card to your side of the field. Once per turn, you can flip 1 monster on the field into face-down Defense Position. During either player's End Phase, flip all monsters on the field face-up; for each face-up level orRank 4 or lower monster on the field you can discard 1 card to send 1 monster on the field to the graveyard(max. 3 times per turn). You can only control 1 face-up "Butterfly Princess of the Dead Spirits"

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck. When you do: This card's name becomes the name of the Field Spell Card and gains its effects. Other monsters you control cannot attack or be targeted for attacks.
NOW TRY GUESSING WHICH CARD IS WHOSE!

MWAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA

So.....Tribute Summoning?

I do need a bit more clarification. And I'm a tad bit busy, so this maybe a no....

But also, we talking liek Hamon and Uria?

GTFO, XXX obviously means me and you're not even sure if you want to join.

Same question as TGM, but I do have an idea, sort of.

I mean, something that's almost never used.

e.g Dark Sage;s summoning condition. No need to be that convoluted though.Just unique.

Also TGM, do you even Monarch?

So, making a Level 8 Upgrade of a Dragon Ruler. Okie *shot*

Monarch? As if. Frognarch, punk *shot again*

I don't Tribute Summon m8. No one does. When the Monarchs get their support, I MIGHT do it.....good luck Axi. Oh and you too Ain.

I vote for Card B

In terms of something being most broken I find that Card A seems like it was made to promote Ghostricks but it would do a lot of damage in an very odd stall empty jar combination. Also in terms of random summoning conditions while Card A has a random summoning condition. It is not a mandatory one, therefore it gets a lot of revival support simply because it is a zombie. Therefore making even more unbalanced in my opinion.

Card A: Requires you to control 3 monsters, flips all monsters face-down and banishes 5 cards in the Graveyard to SS self, can flip a monster face-down once per turn, flips all face-down monsters up and allows you to send monsters to the graveyard (with a discard, 3x [depending on the Rank 4 or lower monsters that exist])

Card B: Requires a Field Spell to be banished from the Deck; gains its effects/name, only this card can attack/be attacked.

Card B gets my vote due to balance and usability. While yes, it can be summoned on the first turn if you wanted to and can essentially act as a pseudo-Field Spell of sorts and can block your other monsters from attack, it also seals off their own.

Card A, as above poster noted, could be used to abuse Ghostricks or some other Flip Effect monsters. Its summoning conditions are random (hence the theme of the contest) and because it's a Zombie, it has a plethora of revival/support options.

P.S. I can tell which card is whose, based on the way effect is written (OCG).

Card A's effects can be abused in Ghostrick, also that's summoning condition is not so hard for those Ghostricks that can have many monsters at a time, and that's Zombie-Type really grant it a great amount of supports (like book, mezuki, etc). Card B, well its balance is perfect and I prefer to use this in any deck that has a field spell, unlike the opposed card that can only use in Ghostrick or some Flip deck

with all of that, I vote Card B
