What do you want to see in the new YCM Awards?

Unsatisfied about the Awards? Think you know just the thing it lacks for perfection? Post it here! Extra awards, or maybe even new categories, complains about the rules, please let us hear it.

ah yes thankyou Hampsta, i was hoping at some stage that a council member was going to do something like this

-Mont aragent member.

Those are the only new awards that I could think up, I like the YCM awards the way they are. ^_^

Id like there to be less categories, and give more time to nominate and cast votes, and more publicity. Like a stickied thread in the main forums, and all with frequent updating.

 

Make a thread for each month where someone posts all cards that could be a potential card of the month or favorite card/set etc.

That way;

- People can see some cards that they may have missed out on seeing before, and get an idea on who's cards they like most.

- People who have forgotten about favorite cards they may have come across can refresh their memory. Also, members can request that someone else's card or cards be added to the list. That way they know which cards they like. and not have to wait til nominations open because they may have forgot by then.

- People dont continue to vote for older cards that may have been made longer than a month ago.

 

You could also adapt this idea to other parts of the forum where applicable.

I have an idea, how about we have the fastest poster, you know, like how many post somebody can do in the shortest amount of time, cas i've done 121 post's in only a couple of day's. I only registered last week you know, so for all the people who make an effort in there post's, we should have a fastest poster award's. Now isn't that a good idea.
