Card A

When an opponent's monster declare an attack while you control no cards: You can Special Summon this card from your hand in face-up Attack Position. When this card is Special Summoned this way: Target up to 2 cards on the field; destroy those targets. You can only use the effect of "Lightning Wing" once per turn.

Card B

At the start of either player's Battle Phase: you can banish this card (from your hand) to end the Battle Phase and switch the control of all monsters on the field, untill the End Phase.

A:

Very simple, very efficient, maybe too powerful too. No errors i see in it. The pic is fine

B:

before reading B i was thinking that A was too broken....then i read B! I admit i'd love to play this card Vs many decks but in my opinon this card is too broken with no cost\restricion logic at all. This card would generate so much anger in real tournaments...we would start to see murders on tournaments

Vote for A for balance

Card A is pretty nice hand trap, also u can perform a little mind game with your opponent that think u might have Gorz, Card B... uh, yea instantly end the BP is great, but after that it just switch control until the EP? I didn't see the points of it so much, well it's prevent Yamato search + mill, but what's the other usage? Overall I think Card A is more useful than Card B, so my vote go to Card A

Card A is a bit OP, Card B can end the Battle Phase w/o any condition, just that and this probably be banned if it was released, the second eff has no points at all, why switch until the End Phase? it didn't change anything, so I think I vote Card A because of its useful (even it's look OP, but it's better than a broken-then-weak card)
