Toffee.
Out of curiosity, why Raigeki Break over something like Phoenix Wing?
Wildflame
Out of curiosity, why Raigeki Break over something like Phoenix Wing? Works better against the traps that ruin your day. Macro, Gozen, etc. You don't want the other guy topdecking them. Have you tested A Wingbeat of Giant Dragon? Nobody uses Botomless/TT/Warning on a Tefnuit... ihop
Looks solid but I honestly don't feel the Scarecrow is necessary. I'd cut it for a 3rd MST personally.
Maeriberii Haan
Yea, Scarecrow'll be cut for the third MST.Wingbeat hmm....I'll try testing it as a one-off.
toralyon
U lack tarps... And is there some reason u dont run dragon shrine? (the main logic behind this is if u draw a ruller its bad, if u draw a vanilla its even worse). And playing raigeri break in a deck wich allready uses a big amount of cards for combos and is left with low card count in hand is not so good. Card card D is not viable to play it in hieratic rullers, reckless is better and it cannot get veilerd (with the amount of veilers beeing mained becouse of the meta). And i dont agree on the maxx c in main, i mean its ok but its just dead vs so manny decks fisrt game (bujin, NK, 4 axix fire fist-exception is wolfbark summon, geargia-they will otk u if u have a blank field and with card car D and low deffensive trap count they wont care if u draw 10 cards, same goes for hieratic) Wingbeat, why dont u play it. Majority of decks dont have a answer to this card (lance is one) This is my build, is working really good
Maeriberii Haan
....I did run Dragon Shrine. Wingbeat is still testing, and Maxx C is a Redox fodder that can grab Ashes/Drain faster, and also mainly a meta call in my area.

Maeriberii Haan
In a Skill Drain condition, Redox's 3000 defense is huge, and is definitely better than Tidal's 2600 ATK, and since Tidal has the least synnergy with the deck, it'll be the first to go, not Redox if I decided to play 3 rulers. Maxx ''C'' also let me grab that Scarecrow if CCD left me open against those OTK decks. Not to mention it's an effective bluff that usually deters the opponent from continuing their combo. Most of the time, it's too risky to continue your combo after C is dropped, since depending on deck, you'll risk getting Gorz/Scarecrow dropped on you, and many decks can dismantle your OTK field easily. Though I do usually shift between C and Veiler in main.

ihop
Redox is pretty essential, Tidal is a far inferior Dragon because you can't leave it out on because it can be Crimson Bladered. If Redox is Maxx "C"'d you can just summon it and end there and not have to worry. Redox, and indeed all 4 Rulers, are essential in the Deck. goddamnit names are a pain
if its first game they will defently go for and otk. becouse verry few run atack stoppers becouse its inconsistent. hieratics must first game really just focus to get off as soon as posible, not delay with scarecrow and maxx (maxx ic good but i told u why not im my oppinion) How does Maxx "C" delay anything? It stops OTKs or gives you what you need to win. When you don't have anything it also (can) leads into Scarecrow.
Mugendramon
Trap Stun, did you ever test it? Lets you OTK without afraiding of anything, and it lets you through your own skill drain or the aforementioned mirror or gozen.
goddamnit names are a pain
Now, why only one Scarecrow and 3 Cardcars? I would drop one of the latter and add another Scarecrow. Or something. Just one seems a bit inconsistent.
Maeriberii Haan
@Mugen, I have. It's indeed amazing. @TGM, I guess I'll try it. Will update the build when I'm back on my PC.

toralyon
oth is beast in this deck, makes thoes used hieratics live again, especially su. And for the one random OTK stoper or even more... its inconsistent, and no deck should run it game 1, unless u play monarchs... hieratics need to play game 1 smoothly and scarecrow or fader dont contribute to that. The exception is a heavy otk meta... and this meta has other decks 2. but fader or scarecrow is a good side card
Maeriberii Haan
Yeah. WIthout CCD, I have less need for scarecrow. I'll cut it for the 3rd CotH.

toralyon
Updated with image. U dont need the breaktrough but its player preferance, and u dont need 3 shrine (drawing multiple is bad... and 2 i think is just the right ratio) but all in all its good
