Card B is just awful. It isn't a good beater, the LP gain effect is hardly any incentive for getting it out or in the Graveyard and the last effect is incredibly impractical by all means, especially since it still takes up your Normal Summon.

Card A is powerful, but you're still summoning a Level 4 Synchro, which does take some dedication.

Vote for Card A.

I know whose card is whose, by the way, because a certain rule which makes the condition stupid. But seeing as all leaderboard rules are gone, that's kind of hard to enforce.

Card B's stats are too low, and its effects are not that useful, why should I Tribute 3 monster for just summoning this card, whose effect can also activate in Graveyard, back? (even considering Sheep Token or something like that, but I think 3 monsters to just NS this is a bit much), Card A is well-designed, 2 pop on summon maybe too much, but its stats are not so high and being a Lv.4 Synchro, I think this is ok, overall my vote go to Card A

Card A is the only one that makes sense and actually is playable, so my vote goes to it. (Not to mention the OCG).

 

Essentially, it allows you to banish a Tuner + destroy up to 2 monsters (if/only if your opponent has more monsters than you do); then SS a Level 3 when it goes to the grave.

 

 

Card B has the same first effect posted twice, the LP gain is quite low and not worth the dedication to Tribute 3 monsters from the Graveyard (better off summoning the God cards or something else, besides this).
