Lunar Origins
Must first be Summoned with "Electron Magnetic Dissipation" and cannot be Summoned other ways. You can discard this card; Add 1 "Electron Magnetic Dissipation" from your Deck to your hand. This card gains 300 ATK for each monster tributed for its Ritual Summon. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can permanently reduce this card's ATK and DEF by 300 and target 1 card on the field; Banish that target, then change this card's Battle position. If you control another monster: Destroy this card.
Tribute monsters from your side of the field whose Levels equal 8 or more; Ritual Summon 1 "Ectrodust Dragon" from your hand or Deck.
Pretty much a single but since you need 2 cards for a ritual summon I figured it'd be fine.
Masaaki71484
Stall decks have a new Hero and this is it I can see this being just stall and clear the board until you can attack without it being destroyed or countered plus late game it would be a 2900-3200 at least plus it you run small creatures it could be like 3500-3800. Nice 7.5/10. P.S Comment on my card in this sub forum it would be a great help have a nice day :D
Darj
You posted the Ritual Monster again instead of the Ritual Spell. Anyways, allowing the Ritual to Summon the monster straight from the Deck was a good call, as it makes the Ritual more playable and less costly. However, being able to use the effect during the opponent's turn might be broken even with those drawbacks, since the ATK/DEF reduction is arguably irrelevant when you can banish anything your opponent Summons, and you can manually change the monster's battle Position during your turn so it ends up in ATK Position after using its effect. I would make it "Once per turn" and in exchange remove the self-destruction drawback. After that, I think it would be fine if you added a second effect to the Ritual Spell that doesn't generate advantage, in the same way as "Ritual of Destruction" or "Ritual of Grace", to keep up with the Ritual Spells of the latest generations. For instance, I'm thinking that an "Zero Gravity" effect would be great for defending, and would go with the Position-changing theme of the Ritual Monster, all without generating further advantage: This card is used to Ritual Summon "Ectrodust Dragon" from your hand or Deck. You must also Tribute monsters whose total Levels equal 8 or more from the field or your hand. During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; change the battle positions of all monsters on the field.
Neutrality Man
Ritual Tuner. Okay... Level 8. Are you MAD? What in the seven hells could you tune this for besides Drascension and Star Eater?! Even then, I'd rather use something more reliable than a Ritual Monster to get those guys out. In fact, why is it even a Tuner? It auto-dies when you summon the other material! 3/10 Because the art is pretty and the concept of a Ritual Tuner is intriguing. Lunar Origins
It was a joke. If that's the only thing you're looking at, wow.
kirur
During either player's turn? Lol that means he will probably banish 2 cards just from putting him in the field: Summon him.. banish that.. pass.. now i banish that.. go.. play. yeah.. talk about unbalanced.
