A lot of good things like character development, the writing and a lot more.As little as the Amazoness fusions actually gave out, I really enjoyed seeing them. Also cool to see Limiter Removal's animation (I could imagine that looking scary on a bunch of enraged trains lol). Liger's effect animation was so awesome and I admit i'd also be scared if I got a death eye staring at me like liger's. Now for fanboying over the sisters cuz why not. [spoiler=Sisters]Both of the sisters are cute af and I honestly can't tell which I like more. Originally I was completely TEAMGRACE because of how Gloria looked in the opening. Didn't like her design too much.Then we get here, and boy Gloria rocks the evil look so damn well. Love both the sisters now.Grace being the calm cute sis and Gloria being the evil violent one that somehow looks cute af when she gets all wild up is just (insert random fanboying here)Sadly they may or may not get curbstomped by an enraged Yuto and Shun next week :( . I can tell it's going to take me an awful lot of episodes to remember that.- I like Grace better, not sure why.- Not particularly fussed by the amazoness cards though.- it's a bit daft that everyone seems to scared of them when their strategy is 'play polymerisation' like everyone else from academia, and their aces have such basic effects.- I'm liking Allen a lot more after this episode. He's sort of like a more tolerable Yuma. Like his trains too.- Still don't really care about Sayaka though. The whole 'misplay due to nervousness' thing is SO tired at this point.- So, Shun and Yuya are duelling the sisters next time. Sayaka runs off cause she feels guilty for Ruri's capture and wants to bring back Kaito to atone for it, but gets roped into a duel instead. The Tyler sisters are spooky chicks, I like 'em. Apparently the Resistance has heard of them too, as they took out a whole duel school. Nice that they're being built up as such huge threats. I like how simple and effective the sister's strategy is. Just use Amazoness cards in tandem to beat face, it's not over-complicated tag shenanigans like we got from that pair of brothers early Zexal. TRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAINS. I CALLED it. Freaking CALLED IT. Shame no rank 10, though. It displeases me greatly that Allen didn't search a level 10 when Railcar was sent to the graveyard. Even though the duel ended right after and it technically doesn't matter, you ALWAYS search with Railcar, bro. The Rank 4 isn't terribly good, though that's simply because Trains Rank 4 so rarely unlike literally any other deck that uses Xyz played in the last year. Maybe we'll see some support that makes Rank 4 in Trains more viable, though I'm really oly wanting that for the hilarity of a direct attack with Dora right around people's monsters. ~British Soul~ Posted May 29, 2016 Report Share Posted May 29, 2016 [spoiler=Thoughts on 107 RAW]- Is it that guy who used Cxyz Coach Lord Ultimatrainer I can see at the beginning of the episode?- We finally see those skate things from the opening, being used by Allen- Sayaka certainly seemed distracted by the events involving Shun and Kaito (something along those lines), and ends up in a duel with the Tylers regardless trying to make things right. Sher certainly misplayed though.- I must've been the only person who wasn't on the "Allen is going to use Trains" train when we learned Allen's name, heck I assumed he wasn't from the preview when I saw what rank his Xyz monster was, but turns out he IS using Trains.- Good thing Gongenzaka and Sawatari showed up when they did otherwise Allen and Sayaka would've been cardified. Yeah, that looked like a Shining Draw on Allen's end. I'm not surprised that Allen/Sayaka got their asses kicked hard in this episode, and the bets were pretty much against them from the reveal. But yeah, let's assume Sawatari and Gongenzaka get screwed over too. Aster/Edo mulling over why he didn't beat Yuya.New Amazoness stuff ranges from cool to meh. In general, disappointed with how Allen/Sayaka played this duel, but to be honest, I didn't have much expectations for them. [spoiler=spoiler]I don't understand why Yuya and Shun are the ones playing. If Gongenzaka and Shingo couldn't have been beaten without being carded by these people so its kind of a big deal if that happened off-screen. [spoiler=reply]Yuya and Shun are fighting a revenge match against the Tyler sisters since Allen/Sayaka were trashed hard this episode, and presumably the other two lose off-screen (we do get a slight glimpse of their fight, but not anything specific.) [spoiler=Thoughts on 107 Subbed]- Sayaka is still lamenting about not being able to protect Ruri and vows to get Kaito back.- Even though their new stuff isn't the best in the world, we learn that the Tyler sisters pretty much wiped out the Spade branch resistance force. They also assumed Allen and Sayaka are weak and not very smart.- Aster is still mulling over why he couldn't beat Yuya.=Preview- Yeah, Gongenzaka and Sawatari are funked, because they'll be roped into a tag duel and Gongenzaka will be at a disadvantage due to the shared grave mechanic Not gonna lie, I did initially get Gloria and Grace mixed up because of the Weekly Shonen JUMP scan.
