Ocarina of Time is the best one I've played. Then again, I've only ever played Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Wind Waker.

I personnally like wind waker because its cartoony. Plus, its the first time link has an expression more than just a faint smile. I would like to explore hyrule as toon link, though.

Wind Waker and Ocarina Of Time. I'm undecided on which one is better. They're both awesome! But the GB and GBC ones were really good for 2D games! I beat Link's Awakening 7 or 8 times I think! Loved it!

Wind Waker included all new items, sailing, new enemies, and Link ACTUALLY HAD AN EXPRESSION!! He smiled, laughed, cried, got scared, go angry, etc. Wind Waker rules.

Some things are right about this.. but there so many things what are bad to me about wind waker. If you like the game then sorry and i just don't like it ^^'' . First of all the sailing was sometimes really boring, you needed to explore the sea what could turn out to be endless, the cartoonish style was kinda not to my linking making it way more kiddy like, Ganondorf looks fat and in Ocarina of time link also had some expressions but there he had to many and it did seem so un linkish.
