Slinky
I'm going with Toucan. Other one is too broke. Toucan is broke too, but least it has a condition. Reasons are extremely obvious. Nuking 1 card on your turn, and 1 card on the opponents turn for something so easily summoned is a most definite no.

Darj
Vote for Card A. The effect is a bit bland because all it does is destroying cards, but you can at least generate a plus or more from it. Then, the card is basically playable only in Decks with Level 1 monsters, so it is unlikely for it to become a problem card. Although It could be a better choice than Formula Synchron if you are not going to Synchro Summon afterwards. On the other hand, Card B does have an interesting effect, but it will be difficult to trigger since, with merely 1500/800 stats, the opponent can simply beat it down instead of destroying it with a card effect. You would most likely have to destroy it yourself to successfully trigger its effect.

Kwisatz-Haderach
A: no pic? i'm disappointed about this. The card would be nice if it hadn't that during your opponent's turn eff...if it was during owner turn it would have been more reasonable B: not so unique, it's some kind of tuner Magician of Darkness...however it's useful and not broke....nice pic by the way vote for B

-Noel-
Both cards are quite simple, though interesting, Card A is 2 pop on the turn it summoned, Card B, can return any card, by sent it to the grave by card effect. but I didn't like the restriction for Card A, so I vote Card B
goddamnit names are a pain
Card A cannot pop 2 on Summon. And if anything B has a restriction.
-Noel-
I didn't said I don't like it bcoz it have a restriction, I don't like it bcoz that restriction, it's so much, just prevent its attack or even your BP sounds fit this kind of effect more than that

Neither are broke that much. At least yours isn't. Mine is a tad bit.
Northern Sage
Alright, let's wait for a response. We have some time until the deadline ends. Or we can just wait for more votes, I suppose.
Qliphort Tool
I vote Card B, the reasons are 1.) Card A's drawback after destroy a card is too much, just a card is not worth your right to activate a card 2.) Even this seem a bit OP from what it can loop with TT/DH but the opposed card is too hard to use, so this card got my vote
Northern Sage
3-1 Card B Now I guess I win.
goddamnit names are a pain
You win, but what I don't get is how A is both OP and useless. Honestly, how many times are you going to use effects DURING THE OPPONENT'S TURN? And if it stops a key play, it is often worth it. Honestly, I admit I should have made the drawback less....annoying? I suppose. Maybe restrict Trap use? And no one noticed Bolt Serpent didn't need a non-Tuner. XD (Intentional Design) GG Seija.
