Ignore all the spelling mistakes, etc.
3 Level 4 monsters
This card can only be summoned if 'Mega Stone' is on the field.
Once per turn; you can detatch 1 Xyz Material from this card to select 1 'water' type monster from your graveyard and attach it to this card. This card gains 400ATK for each 'water' type monster attached to this card. The attached monsters doesn't coun't as a Xyz Materials. You can banish 3 attached 'water' type monsters to destroy all spell/trap cards on the field. If this card is out of Xyz material's you can sacrifice and banish all 'water' type monsters attached to this card and attach up to 3 Xyz Material's to this card.
EDIT: I just realized that this should be uploaded to 'Pop Culture Cards' section. Sorry.

Yes, attach as an equip card.

In that case, let me fix this...

3 Level 4 monsters
This card can only be Summoned if 'Mega Stone' is on the field. Once per turn: You can deatch 1 Xyz Material from this card to select target 1 'water' type WATER monster from in your Graveyard; equip that target and attach it to this card. This card gains 400 ATK for each 'water' type monster equipped this way attached to this card. The attached monsters doesn't coun't as a Xyz Materials. You can banish 3 attached 'water' type WATER monsters equipped to this card by its own effect; to destroy all Spell/Trap cards on the field. If this card is out of has no Xyz Material's : You can sacrifice and banish all 'water' type WATER monsters (min. 1) equipped attached to this card by its own effect; and attach up to 3 cards (from where?) to this card as Xyz Material's to this card.

Equipping is an entirely different keyword from attaching. Attaching applies only to Xyz Materials, while equipping applies to equip cards. Mind you that equipping monsters will fill up your S/T slots.

To be honest, the only thing this card accurately reflects in Mega Blastoise is how underwhelmed I feel. Like Mega Blastoise's Mega Launcher ability, which doesn't cover a lot of moves (it only amps 5 attacks), this card doesn't do much that's useful. Yes, it slowly buffs itself up to 3000 over 3 turns, but it loses all that buffs for a Heavy Storm effect and then becomes powerless afterwards. And while it can regenerate Material, it sacrifices all its progress in doing so.

Thanks for the comment. Overall do you think it's too slow? Or should I change the HS effect or something? Shrug.
