2 Level 4 LIGHT monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; During the Damage Step, if this attacking card destroys an opponent's monster by battle;Increase your life points by half the original attack of the destroyed monster.

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, increase your life points by 300 each card in your hand. If this card has "Daemon Healer of Cratylus" as an Xyz Material, it gain this effect.

A needs Astral Force to actually get the Rank-Up effect, which hampers its usage. As a standalone card, their stats are meh, and the Lp gain effect on the CXyz isn't really effective enough to consider it over other Rank 6 options, even as a CXyz.
Card B's upgrade can also work with cards like Marauding Captain and has access to other Warrior.
Vote for Card B.

The healer duo is... kinda pointlessly restrictive. The original is too weak to need specific mats, and is sub-par compared to other options LIGHT/Fairies have. The CXyz is even worse, why on earth would it be rank 6, it requires the awkward Astral Force and doesn't even give you anything except questionable amounts of Life Points, which is really not what you should be wasting cards on. They have at least decent attack for their ranks but that's not enough to justify spending so many cards on them when there are many options available that allow you to establish field dominance for the same or less amount of cards.

 

The second set is a bit more solid, but I don't like how the Paladin has more-or-less Felgrand's effect. Being LIGHT Warriors they are extremely toolboxable and mesh with a lot of stuff. I think the Paladin is rather unfair overall, and the fact that she's destroyed when Normal Summoned and nets you a draw makes me skeptical. However they have better synergy than just bland LP gain that leads nowhere, and I think their art is better.

 

So my vote will go to cards B.

Set A:

As it was already mentioned, the CXyz needs Astral Force, and that's somewhat situational. But even if it was Rank 5, neither of the cards are really worth using, as all they do is giving you LP while there are other Xyzs with better effects. Plus, they must destroy a monster by battle to trigger the effect, which is more of a drawback nowadays with all the effect destruction around.

 

Set B:

They are easier to play, and their protection against effects are handy. Paladin feels a bit too powerful with the Felgrand-like effect AND the pop effect but, considering that you must run her first form or other Warriors such as Marauding Captain to make full use of her effects, she might be fine.

Also, if I am not mistaken, she can play around her first effect by targetting herself with her last effect, so sending her to the grave to draw 1 card is actually optional.

 

My vote goes fo B.
