Should Dyson Cannon be able to attach itself whenever instead of just the turn its Xyz Summoned? I've been considering it, and it could go either way. Y/N?

 

Also, this is just the beginning, expect (at least) 2 more monsters, 1 more Xyz (maybe more if I can think of other wacky effects), roughly 5-6 Magic cards and 3 or so Trap cards.
