Self-necromancy

AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW

Question

Kinky, huh?

A few months back, I saw someone say that the topic creator can necro-bump his own thread regardless of the last time it's been posted in. Since I'm not entirely sure if this is true, and the rule on it is either not around here or somewhere I haven't checked, I'm just asking:

Are the rules for necrobumping different if the necrobumper is the person who made the topic? And if so, is there a limit on how short ago the thread must have been posted in in order to necrobump without breaking the rules?

In most cases and sections, it'd just be smarter to make a new topic, if it's a Deck, or a discussion topic. In the cases of your custom card topics, you can probably bump your own topics, but only if you're actually making significant alterations or reviving it in a way that justifies bumping the topic, rather than making a new one. It may be something better brought up with the mod of the section.

If you're unsure, it's probably best to just always make a new topic.
