This card can only be Summoned by Xyz Summon. During each of your opponent's Battle Phases if this card is selected as an attack target: You can remove 1 Xyz material from this card; negate the attack and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower LIGHT monster from your Graveyard in Defense Position; increase its ATK by 1000. While this card is on the field: Cards you control cannot attack or change position. If this card is destroyed by battle while it has no Xyz materials: You can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower LIGHT monster from your deck; shuffle your deck afterwards.

I won't bother fixing OCG since I'm not the best at that. As for the card, I'd say its not a good concept. 2 level 8 monsters is quite an investment and to be honest, this card isn't even worth 2 level 4 monsters. Unless they are't paying attention, your opponent is not going to attack this thing unless they have some way to deal with what happens when they do. Even though the trap card Battle Mania exists, its not enough to make this card woth while. Most likley they will just destroy this card with an effect instead. The restriction on attacking and changing battle positions (or did you mean face-up/face-down?) just makes it worse. The last effect has the same flaw of relying on your opponent being stupid and misplaying to make it work. My advice is, start over.
