Alright Vigilante...Kyng helped me up and we came up to these points for App.
- Name does not reflect Bio (since when does anyone in the Amazon name people Abel Destin, which is clearly not a Tribal Name? Bio also does not state a Name Change took place)
- Very Skilled Hunter and Warrior, yet personality indicates he'd never want to even pick up a sword.
- Desolation is not an Element.
- Carries one-handed sword: would be arrested if seen carrying such weapons in a public space without a license which he clearly doesn't have.
- Manipulates disease, yet does not have said element.
- Seems to confuse disease with poison: both are /very/ different things
- Paralyzing Glare: all he has to do is look at you and keep looking at you. Doesn't seem to require any concentration, can be abusive.
- Desolating Slash: all he has to do is keep slashing you and he makes you sick. Extremely overpowered.
- How would this fellow live in Atlas? It is a modern city, and I have a feeling he doesn't even wear clothes that aren't included on his appearance, nor does he have a job.
If you can try and edit these into your app, we may be able to accept you.

Thank you for going over the application, but I would like to bring up the issue of the attacks that you deemed abusive. I don't see how they are any more powerful than characters like Rayleigh who can move so fast that no one can even see him or Tharon who can literally suck everything that could possible be thrown at him into a single space, not only providing the ultimate defense, but also a decent offensive move as well. I don't see how the ability to make people feel ill even compares to abilities like that. Now of course you are host, and I am not going to refuse to change things, nor do I want special treatment because 'I'm a noob and deserve a little leeway' or anything like that, but I just felt like it should be pointed out. I don't say this to be confrontational, argumentative, or just a poor sport, nor do any of my comments reflect my feelings on the characters created by other people as I believe everyone's characters are superb and have been rightfully accepted, but I just feel the need to voice my comment.

Seeing as how you brought Rayleigh up, let me just clear up some things and, don't get me wrong, I'm not doing this to counter your arguments about whether your character is overpowered or not, I'm doing this to give clarity to my character. Anyways, the purpose of Rayleigh is that, in fact, he is supposed to be a powerful character; that's what I had in mind when writing him up. I've already decided that a long time ago and Sonic had approved it before I started the app. Many times in my app I have either directly stated or hinted at the fact that he is virtually the strongest human combatant within the U.W.A and even amongst the non-humans, he is considered powerful. However, I've also taken into account that he is still only a human and there are some limitations his body can't overcome through normal means. Some of his habits are detrimental to his health including smoking and overworking himself. I imagine the Theans and TheaBrids are, physically, superior to normal humans so there's more of a chance for them to be considered overpowered. Now, I don't really have too much of a problem with the Paralyzing Glare and Desolating Slash but I'd be concern with Black Death. Even though he can't use it all the time, its effects are, arguably, fatal with each successful hit.

Lol, and you see that was the ability that I thought would be called into question. And I understand that your character is supposed to be powerful, so please don't take anything I said as being offensive, merely an example. But, yes, thank you for the clarification on your character. I didn't realize that it had been discussed previously, so I'll promptly put my foot in my mouth and shut up, lol :D

Okay, sorry about that bit of confusion there.  Leaving Tharon Neutral was accidental on my part, but I think it still works for his character.  He may be working with the U.W.A. but his own personal goals are far from aligned with them.  He is simply waiting to find the Thean that he is bound to serve, and in the event that such a Thean cannot be found he'll be going off on his own.
