Dueling on The Website Itself?

Well, I'm just saying, if I were to make a Dueling Tournament (Say based off my club). It involves their own cards they make, and people would just speak out their moves (Make put their card images up there) like placing a card face down, where I would I put something like this? 
In The Role Playing section, or Games?

Games. Not sure how you can have a tournament like that considering how everyone can just have godly hands (which is often what happens in Yugioh RPs).

Well, I could make a limit on that, like Certain Rules. Would that keep things in order?

It's probably a little too much close to "you taking over," but I suppose you could get a Decklist from each of your players of all of the cards, and then you number them 1-40 (or however many they have). Then, you go onto something like Random.org and have it pick what cards your players will get. A downside to that would be that it prevents your players from being able to limit themselves and pull off moves for the sake of being cool when they don't want to have godly hands every time anyway.

Would seem nice. And I'm just doing this for a club I made. It's a little inactive, and I need it to get back on it's feet.
