[Pokemon] Ninjask and Shedinja

Can't talk about one without the other.

 

 

The main strategy involving the two is obvious, with Ninjask making it easy to put out Shedinja and with its attack being able to put Shedinja out front to save yourself from losing a prize. I thought that these cards were pretty neat after seeing a video of it, and even though I can obviously tell it has its flaws, it looks fun, as well as frustrating for the opponent. If you could keep recycling Shedinja effectively it might be possible to force your opponent to "take 12 prizes".

Super Rod and Mr. Mime. Catcher becoming a coin flip makes this deck a whole lot stronger, though it can still lose out to Genesect if they play it right.

It also loses hard to Garbodor.

Well duh, but a lot of things in the meta lose to Garbador.

This loses to Garbador because Shedinja becomes a free prize card for the opponent.

Keldeo loses to Garbador because it's entirely reliant on abilities, lest you manually charge a Keldeo and cut down Landoruses.

Darkrai is at least hurt by Garbador because Night Curtain is how the deck manages to do its shenanigans.

Without having Shedinja acting as a shield, the essentially deck uses Stage 1's to deal 30-60 damage in return for a prize each turn, which is far from efficient. So, it's even worse than most decks when hit by Garbodor.
