You can give Negative reps to rule breakers. Click on a persons profile and there should be a 'vote' button, choose your rep and state a reason and then you can give them a Rep. There are 10 entrants so 100 points are up for grabs. Either winner takes all or 1st, 2nd, 3rd gets 60, 30, 10 points. Is something like that allowed? I assume it isn't but just wondering.
