What do you mean "Kounanne can get involved in." The Baseline is under attack, boss locations have been established, there is plenty for Kounanne to do. The Baseline is under attack, boss locations have been established, there is plenty for Kounanne to do. He went up higher in the tower to try make a plan of attack to continue to blockade people from Babylon.
