Wahrheit
It's my very favorite time of the year. The weather gets colder, you have great excuses to use the fireplace, and you get to start preparing for all the winter holidays. If that weren't enough, there are the Steam sales and the seasonal game events! I'm personally looking forward to Wintersday again in Guild Wars 2. What's your favorite thing about December? (The first person to post what the significance of today is will be rewarded with a Humble WB Bundle. Remember, remember...)

Sander
Nothing, because I cannot give a damn about anything festive that is associated with December anymore. I guess you could say that I hate December, because it gets cold, but that is bearable. It's February / late January that are the worst here. Yasυ
Pretty subtle, huh? I like winter, it has a nostalgic vibe to it, plus my birthday is in December.

But really, I'm looking more forward to the end of the year than anything in December, aside from getting free stuff because Christmas exists. AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Why? Because 2014 is the future. And the change of the year is more interesting than 95% of anything else that happens. At least it comes with fireworks in some places.
Thar
Grandma's cookies and a cup of warm Wassail. Been looking forward to those things every year for more than a decade now.

D.A._Sakuyamon
Nothing, really. Hate the cold so that's something. Not a drinker and don't hang around drinkers. I guess the only things I look forward to is watching "It's a Wonderful Life" and hearing Xmas related songs.
Tourmaline
Well, there are a lot of snowstorms here and it's already been below 0 degrees Celsius for over a week here. It has also been snowing for a week and a half, I think. It usually starts in mid to late November. Sometimes late October. But I like it because there aren't any insects outside. I get to walk around without the massive fear of something trying to fly near me and assassinate me if I try to defend myself. Though my back is really bad so if I ever have to shovel snow it's really painful from a minute and on of the work. It's also heavy if there's a lot, which makes it worse. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
This will be my first winter working outside. I push carts (among other things but mostly that) at Wal-mart. So I am crazy worried about that. (Cold and lot of snow happens where I live. Also bad drivers.)
Northern Sage
We're going skiing around New Year's. Yay. Also, I love the entire atmosphere that snow brings. So pretty.
