snowtiger
Lore: "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. My rendition of this card is made to rival Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. You may notice it's effect is very familiar to another Red-Eyes monster... *cough* Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon *cough*... and it's ATK is set so that when it's Fusion Summoned it's ATK is equal to Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon. As they say, Blue-Eyes represents Power while Red-Eyes represents Potential and with this card their strengths can collide. Flash Flyer - Sakura
Ignore the comment above mine, due to the fact he's banned and offered no constructive CnC. Aside from this being the Red-Eyes equivalent to BEUD, the ATK boost pushes it to match Blue-Eyes Ultimate (or in a Dragon-themed Deck, possibly more depending on how many monsters you have in there). While having running 3 Red-Eyes does hamper its summoning a bit, you can fortunately use a Fusion sub to reduce it to having to run only 2 Red-Eyes (given that he hasn't been getting a ton of support for himself). A small OCG fix: "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. But it's nice to see Red-Eyes getting an ultimate form for himself, so at the least he can match up to Blue-Eyes and to an extent, his "improved form" in Darkness Metal. Trebuchet MS
Art looks unnaturally familiar - when's the last time I saw another Red-Eyes Ultimate Dragon in this forum? There really isn't much to say about this card, other than being Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon given a stat boost and transformed into a triple-fusion. Then again, since it's supposed to be a counterpart to BEUD, an effectless triple-fusion, I suppose it's all in the design intention. Flavour-wise, "potential" could also include combos and supporting effects, not just maximum ATK. Shame that Blue-Eyes currently overshadows Red-Eyes in the support available. On the other hand, you can revive REUD using Red-Eyes Wyvern...
snowtiger
I would have made it a bit more intricate but instead of making it for today's meta, I would make it as if it was used by Mr Joey Wheeler himself (even though he only had 1 Red-eyes anyway) Thanks for the assistance with the grammar Sakura Haruno, I will fix it immediately If it was to be used in a deck, I picture it being used in Heiratics possibly with Inferno Reckless Summon (a strategy I liked to use when testing Heiratics)
JamieDeeRaw
Hey I've seen this card here before, well it was in 2008 but still, comparison between yours and the other, this one is no question (no offense to the recent concept ) better put together, the stats are easily understood and the artwork "actually " resembles the darn thing, putting that there and the ATK and DEF, I'd say this would be an A-, just cause someone had the idea first, but the A itself is for a better brought out card altogether, well done and good luck on other fixed renditions ^_^
snowtiger
Thanks, I can imagine there would be millions of versions of this card as it concept can date back to the original anime (I would have been like 10 when it came out and thus not had this creative outlet to share my ideas lol) I've even seen an XYZ version which looked good but didn't seem true to Red-eyes itself. This was more nostalgia and just to see how I'd go with a couple of cards as I'm new to uploading to the forums (I don't even know how to do that thing where you can make lists of cards break down into little tabs or whatever you'd call it) keep an eye out for me in the near future as I start to upload original card ideas and maybe even an archtype I'm working on :)
YourDemonSlave
Id make the materials 3 "Red-Eyes" monsters, and its effects to be something more substantial.... Like when its summoned special summon 1 level 4 or lower dragon from your deck..... To keep it from being just a beatstick.
