Seal Dragon, Georgette
Kagero / Grade 3 / 11000 Power / No Shield
[AUTO](VC)(Limit Break 4, choose 1 card with "Seal Dragon" in it's card name from your hand, and discard it) When this Unit's Drive Check reveals a Grade 1 or greater card with "Seal Dragon" in it's card name, you may choose one of your opponent's rear-guards, retire it, and your opponent looks at up to four cards from the top of his or her deck, searches for up to one grade 2 unit, calls it to (RC), and shuffles his or her deck.
[ACT](VC)(Lock Break 4 [This ability is active if you have four or more damage and at least 1 Locked Unit], Counterblast 2-cards with "Seal Dragon" in their card name) If this Unit's Twin Drive reveals 2 Grade 1 or higher cards with "Seal Dragon" in their card name, you may pay the cost. If you do, unlock all <<Kagero>> Rearguards and retire all your opponent's Grade 2 Rearguards, then all of your Grade 2 or higher Rearguards with "Seal Dragon" in their card name gain Power +10000 until end of turn.
[CONT](VC/RC) Lord (If you have a Unit without a same clan as this unit, this unit cannot attack.)

"We have been contained for too long! No longer shall any shackles hold us down now, brothers!"

Moreso just really hyped for seeing the Lock Break!! promo skills. Think this would be an awesome way to kick it off.

Aside from being a complete vanilla pre-LB, I like the fact that it actually gives your opponent potentially more shields. The effects are quite balanced due to one being a +0 with no power boosts, while the other is situational. Still, the ability to snipe a wide-array of things made this card really good. Would run over Blockade Inferno tbh.

EDIT: Now the LB is kind of mediocre, due to being almost always a -. But the Lock Break is amazing. Allows you to break 2 to pass by revealing no triggers, and basically turned the tide of battle to your favor greatly. Still, the fact that it's only usable against LJ hampered this card's usability somewhat.
