I would put in cards that would help you sift through your deck more. Also, I know there is a card you pick 5 cards, your opponent picks one, and you send the rest to the graveyard. That would help you get 4 of the 5 pieces of exodia in the graveyard, and the rest in your hand. After that, there's gotta be a card out there that allows you to bring cards back from the graveyard to your hand (Besides Monster Reincarnation). With all the new ones running around its got to be possible.

Also, I'd get Level Limit Area - B or something along those lines to prevent your opponent from attacking you while you get your exodia cards to your hand. High defensive monsters would be a good idea. Labyrinth Wall or The Creator would be good choices.

That card is called ''Painful Choice'' and he couldn't use in Advanced Format anyhow cause it's banned...............

This is what is wrong with society. One person comes up with a unique idea for a deck and others shoot it down. Can anyone show a little originality in this game anymore or are we so dependent on the ideas of those who came before us that we can't think for ourselves?

By the way JesusofChaos, the reason for the random monsters is due to the effect of Advanced Ritual Art. If I start out with multiple Pieces in my hand, I can use these other cards to take up the slack. Also I think he is easier to pull once he is in the graveyard. Once I have "Exodius, the Ultimate Forbidden Lord" He will go into this deck as well.

I agree with baritone_rob. There isn't any more originality in the game. You just pull off moves you've seen others do, or easy "Noob" combos. Yes, I called your combos noob.

I never hear of anything original or unique, just the same old standard, "burn deck, beat-down deck, etc." When new ideas come your way, you shoot them down because they don't conform to your ideas of how the deck SHOULD be set up.

Fact of the matter is, nobody duels the same! Stop trying to tell everyone how they HAVE to set a deck up and just try and see it through their perspective. We all have different strategies, that's what makes the game so exciting and fun. Thousands of cards, thousands of players, unlimited types of decks and strategies. How are you to know that they haven't come up with an awesome strategy?

I've played in 3 different tournaments (back when traditional was allowed). I took on the tournament champion just for fun, I even took on the runner ups. I beat both of them. Does that mean my deck is better than theirs? Maybe. I never made it past the elimination rounds though.

So tell me who you are to tell anyone that their deck sucks, or that they don't know what they are doing? If their deck works, let them have it. Put your two cents (constructively) and leave it at that.

Amen to that MasterOfMagicians! I played in a major regional tournament a month ago and most of the little kids there was using a DAD Deck (Dark Armed Dragon for those who don't know). I got Knocked out in about the 8th round but I put up a fight, but it was this deck that got me there. So to those who say this doesn't work I say: Don't put down what you do not understand.

what do you mean? I have Exodia in it! For Christ sake, can't you people not tell that there are Exodia pieces in that List? Also, Just because it doesn't follow the norm doesn't mean that I can't any slower than what you can!! I actually think that this strategy is much more efficient than the normal style ( if you look at it from a Economic stand point). But most of you are to young to understand that a good output needs a good solid input as well. the average Exodia Deck has to high a risk factor of being stopped.

About the deck, it's original, I can give you that, but that doesn't mean it's good, I'll give you 6/10

You'll find positive criticism and good advice are hard to find here baritone. Just remember who gives the positive criticism in this post, and others that you've seen, and look for their names to pop up in the future on topics you want advice with.

I wouldn't really pay any mind to those who try and change your deck. Its your deck for a reason, because you built it. You know how it works, you know how it thinks, you know its moods. Yes, I'm speaking as if it were a living thing but you can't exactly call it coincidence that you just HAPPEN to get the cards you do every so often...sometimes it seems like the deck doesn't want to win that day, and other times it seems like it wants nothing to do with losing, and no matter what your opponent pulls, it lets you pull something even better.
